Refund Policy

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases only:

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@traihisoftware.com with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error from Microsoft's website or activation screen.

We do not offer refunds for: change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong version or edition, or activation failures caused by hardware or software incompatibility on your device.
